Murph is the constant reminder that we can't stop doing the right thing, always be caring to the needs of others. Leading by the example of how we run S&S.

With over 20 years experience in the irrigation field as a head service tech, there isn't a problem that Steve can't handle.

Taking your calls and making your appointments, Susan Rose runs the office with 16 years experience, so you know you're in good hands.



  • We pride ourselves on being prompt, arriving at the time we tell you we will be there and giving you an ample amount of time if we are delayed for any unforeseen reason.


  • We offer senior citizen discounts, customer discounts, Free turn ons, contracts, free estimates, over the phone service ( re-setting clocks..etc) Everything possible to show our customers, we are here to help.

With 40 years experience in customer service and dispatching, Big Steve overlooks the office and assists in the field.


S&S Sprinkler Service is a family owned company based out of Northport, NY.

Steve and Susan started the business in 2016, with both Big Steve and Dot (Mom & Dad). After the birth of their daughter Murphy, they realized they needed to make some moves in life to secure their future. With Steve having worked in the Irrigation field as well as being employed as the Head Service Technician for a large sprinkler company for the last 20 years and Susan having 16 years experience running a professional office, it was a no-brainer to start their own irrigation business.

Steve and Susan were never happy with the lack of customer appreciation, outrageous pricing and flat out lack of office support at their old jobs. Being told to charge customers for parts they didn't need or services not necessary, was a daily frustration and conflict of morals. This is why S&S is very customer oriented and will always do the right thing for you and your family. Making sure the customer's best interest always comes first with us.

We understand our customers are on the go, have things to do and that everybody is different. That is why we go out of our way to listen to our customers and tailor our services to their specific needs.
